Ingredients (serves 4):

  • ½ cup red lentils, soaked 10 minutes
  • 1 TBSP vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp turmeric
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp salt

Steps:
