We’re a team of passionate individuals driven by a shared love for the rich culinary heritage of the Land of the Thunder Dragon. Our goal is to share the vibrant taste of Bhutan far and wide.

A native of Paro, Bhutan, brings the authentic flavors and traditions of his Himalayan homeland to the world's culinary stage. With a deep understanding of the country's unique spice blends and cooking techniques passed down through generations, Tenzin is dedicated to sharing the rich taste of Bhutanese cuisine with global audiences.
Over 10 years experience as a Bhutanese Chef, previous head chef of Little Bhutan in Bangkok. Has worked across a number of highly regarded restaurants in Thimphu including, Le Meridien, Norkhil and Smilers Cafe.
