Mugwort Infused Body Oil
A nourishing botanical body oil infused with Himalayan mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris), crafted for at-home massage, post-soak skin conditioning, and the kind of slow, intentional self-care that the Himalayan wellness traditions have long encouraged. The oil is light, deeply moisturising, and carries the warm, slightly bitter, herbal-green aroma of fresh mugwort.
Used after a warm mugwort foot soak, or as part of a daily massage ritual, the oil helps seal in moisture while delivering the herbal actives of mugwort to the skin. It absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy residue and leaves the skin feeling soft, warm, and lightly scented.
How to use this mugwort oil in Bangkok:
- After a Foot Soak: Pat the feet dry and massage a small amount of oil into the skin. Put on warm socks and rest. The oil locks in the benefits of the soak.
- For Daily Self-Massage: Warm a small amount in the palms and massage into legs, arms, or abdomen using long, slow strokes. Best done in the evening before sleep.
- For Sore Muscles: Massage into tight shoulders, neck, or calves. The combination of touch and warming mugwort is deeply soothing.
- As a Bath Oil: Add a teaspoon to a warm bath for full-body skin conditioning. The oil disperses beautifully in warm water.
A Product of Bhutan, crafted by a small wellness maker with highland-grown mugwort.
This oil is especially lovely after a mugwort foot soak, when the skin is warm and receptive. It can also be used on its own as part of a daily self-care ritual — a few minutes of slow, intentional massage that calms the nervous system and reconnects you with your body. The warming, herbal aroma makes it a natural choice for evening routines.
