How to make Kewa Datshi with Chicken?
Ingredients:
2 large potatoes (sliced)
200g boneless chicken (cubed)
100g Bhutanese cheese (Datshi) or substitute (feta/mozzarella)
2 green chilies (sliced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 cup water
Salt to taste
1 tbsp oil
